1. You submit your application

Your application is your calling card. From your application, we can see what motivates you to join The Advisory House. Your references and certificates must be complete and very good. Your CV must be interesting and inspire us to want to learn more about you.

2. We invite you to a recruiting event

We demand a great deal from you because our clients demand a lot from us. We will study your documents with great care. In addition to our HR staff, experienced consultants are also involved in the decision process. If we invite you, you will have taken the first hurdle.

3. We accept you at the recruiting event

We will get to know each other at the recruiting event. You will demonstrate your analytical skills in a test. You will be interviewed about your background and show us how you think in discussing case studies drawn from our consulting activities. Is the chemistry right? Could you imagine working in our team? We will give you extensive feedback at the end of a long day. If you have convinced us, you will be accepted the same day and we will say:

“Welcome to The Advisory House!”
